Delivery Timescales
Most items within our online store are held in stock and small items, cherished stock or single units can be despatched very quickly. Some items do require additional checks before shipment and if you are purchasing a built-up system it is important that we fully test everything as a complete unit before shipment is made.
As a rule the goods will leave us the same-day or next-day for straighforward items and within a few days if you have placed a complex or multi-component order. Delivery within the UK is normally two-days by standard carrier.
Deliveries outside of the UK (including BFPO) will take longer depending on the distance involved and any customs clearance that may be required.
Your order will be shipped as a single delivery to a single destination and will not normally be shipped before all the items you have ordered are in stock, tested and ready to go.
