Our seven-day no quibble promise
We are confident in the quality of our products and we think you will be very happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods, you can return them to us in their original condition within 7 days of your receipt of the goods if the goods are not defective. Once the Goods are received and inspected, we will issue a full refund of the price you have paid for the Goods. Shipping charges will not be refunded in the case of non-faulty Goods and we can only accept the return of non-faulty Goods only if they are in their original condition and packaging.

We offer the same warranty for online sales as we do for customers who visit and order through our showrooms :

The Audioroom warrants to the Customer that (subject to the other provisions of these Conditions) the Goods will be free from defects due to faults in materials or workmanship for the warranty period as stated from date of delivery to the Customer. The Audioroom also warrants to you that the Goods purchased through out online store are of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of the kind are commonly supplied.
* Accessories include but are not limited to cables, remote controls, loudspeaker covers and spikes
Returning your item
If you are returning the goods because they are defective we will refund the shipping charges but you must contact us first to obtain a Returns Reference. All goods returned under warranty must be returned in either their original packaging or a suitable alternative. The Audioroom accepts no responsibility for goods damaged in transit regardless of whether they were priginally defective or not and you should insure the package before despatch.

Your Returns Reference must be included on the packaging. Customers must contact us by email or telephone and obtain a Returns Reference before returning items due to defects within the warranty period.
