The Audio Room was originally located in Hedon, East Yorkshire. After 16 wonderful years there, we moved into our current Hull store on Savile Street. 

 

When the opportunity arose for us to open a store in Headingley we leapt at the chance. We’re in very good company here, as the street is home to many other unique and independent businesses, making it a welcoming destination for all ages.  

What began as filling a gap in the West Yorkshire market for a high-quality Hi-Fi retailer has grown into so much more. We believe that listening to music should be a pleasure, but what’s often lacking is an exciting and fully personalised shopping experience when choosing your audio equipment. That’s why The Audio Room is more than just a showroom, we have a dedicated demonstration room where we’ll be more than happy for you to try out the very best digital and vinyl-based systems. 

 

We pride ourselves on been a old school retailer, the term 'bricks and mortar' is how we would discribe it. We do not sell online and believe the best way to do Hi-Fi retail is face to face and building relationships in our store on Otley Road in Leeds.
